Baby grow sampler

This cute babygrow has rows of tiny blackwork motifs and could be stitched as a special gift to celebarate the arrival of a new baby. There are some building blocks in the design that currently say 'welcome baby' but there are blocks with numbers included so you can personalise your chart with the birthday of the baby if you wish!

There are some partial stitches included in this chart (for the eyes of the sun, bunny and ducks) In case you do not know what this means, it is just where you need to pierce the fabric inbetween the pre-existing holes if you are using aida (if you are using evenweave you'll have extra holes to stitch into so no need to worry) I have included some tips on how to tackle these stitches so hopefully you'll find them simple to do :)

I stitched my sample without a border, but there is one included in the design in case you would like one.

Design size in stitches - 85 w x 85 h

On 14 count 16 x 16 cm (6 x 6 inches),

on 16 count 14 x 14 cm (5.5 x 5.5 inches),

on 18 count 12 x 12 cm (5 x 5 inches).
